Also strong winds could damage the fence even more and damage materials which makes everything more expensive for the customer. So usually we wait out any bad weather and keep in touch with you the whole time to get back on track ASAP.

Should I consult my neighbors before installation?

 Many regions require homeowners to discuss with the homeowners association before they get their fence built. They also require you to demarcate certain pipes and underground features that might be problematic during installation. In terms of consulting your neighbors it's always good to maintain open communication with those around you. The installation process might be disturbing to your neighbors in terms of noise and machinery being around.
